HOW TO GET BETTER SKIN?

DIET. A lot of skin issues start from what we eat. Consuming a varied diet, with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, whole grains, and legumes will improve the quality of the
SLEEP. There’s a reason why ‘beauty sleep’ became such a cliche: it’s based on facts. Just like the rest of our bodies, the skin needs time to rest and regenerate. We should aim sleeping at least 8 hours a night, and avoid using screens a few hours before bed.
