How to use

1. Prepare before activity
Apply the Warming Skin Heat Balm to the desired areas of skin and massage gently until absorbed. Wash your hands afterwards and avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.

2. Protect against friction
Apply the Anti-Friction Skin Glide Cream to clean, dry skin in areas prone to rubbing before exercise. Reapply as needed.

3. Apply sun protection
Before heading outdoors, apply the Sun Fluid SPF50+ generously to your face, neck and décolleté. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or towel-drying.

4. Refresh after your workout
Apply the Cooling Skin Soothing Gel to clean skin after physical activity and massage gently until absorbed.
