How to use

1. Prepare your skin
Apply the Anti-Friction Skin Glide Cream to clean, dry areas prone to rubbing before activity. Reapply as needed.

2. Refresh your feet
Spray the Foot Spray onto clean, dry feet from a short distance. Allow it to dry before putting on socks or shoes.

3. Protect against the sun
Apply the Sun Fluid SPF50+ generously to your face, neck and décolleté before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating or towel-drying.

4. Care for your nails
Apply the Rejuvenating Nail Serum directly to clean nails twice daily as part of your regular care routine.
